Licence

1. Subscription Licence
Subject to these terms and an active subscription, Pauhu AI Ltd grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Pauhu Fusion Compiler via the API key issued to you. The licence is tied to your subscription: it is not perpetual, and access ends when the subscription ends.
2. What the Licence Does and Does Not Cover
- It grants access to the hosted Service at mcp.pauhu.dev for the duration of your subscription.
- It does not grant any right in the Service’s corpus, composition engine, or other server-side components, which remain the property of Pauhu AI Ltd and/or its licensors.
- Where a client component is published under an open-source licence (e.g. AGPL-3.0), that licence governs that component. Open-sourcing a client never conveys rights to the server-side corpus or engine.
3. Your Rights in Composed Output
Code composed for you is yours to use, modify, and distribute, subject to the licences of any sources cited in the output. Composed programs retain # cited: provenance markers; you may remove them for production use, but you remain responsible for complying with the licence of any upstream source they reference.
4. Restrictions
- No reverse-engineering, decompiling, or extracting the corpus or engine.
- No reselling, sublicensing, or sharing of access or keys without authorisation.
- No use of the Service or its output to build a competing composition service.
5. Coverage and Warranty
The Service composes code for the operations and languages currently in its corpus (coverage is partial and expanding). Requests outside coverage return an explicit gap, not fabricated code. Output is provided “as is” with no warranty of fitness; you are responsible for reviewing and validating it. See Terms of Service §5.
